Barbecued Garlic Chicken


1 x  Medium Whole Chicken


Peppermongers Sichuan Flower Pepper

4 x Asparagus Spears

2 x Salthouse Himalayan Salt Blocks


Rub chicken skin with garlic

Slice garlic and put underneath skin

One teaspoon Peppermongers Sichuan Flower Pepper

Wrap 4 asparagus spears in bacon

Place salt block on top of chicken

Cook for 15 minutes each side

Cook asparagus for 2 minutes each side
